I just received my tablet, and it is definitely 10.1". If you receive a different size, then you received the wrong tablet.
Beyond that, this tablet is awesome for the price. The only issue is flash performance on YouTube. Flash is choppy.
The screen was actually 8 inch viewable, the screen was very hard to push even after configurations, this is an EPAD-like an EMACHINE but in a tablet form... camera is poor, so is sound quality.
