I was worried about the quality of a refurbished item, but I could not afford to get a good tablet with a 10 inch screen any other way. So I 'settled' on refurbished, worried about what I would really be getting. Aside from a crushed outer box (the inside box was surrounded by airpak bubbles and was fine) the unit arrived without a problem and one day ahead of the promised date. I took it out charged it, and powered it up, and it works flawlessly. I could not be happier. Don't be afraid of getting refurbished.
Great price - very very nice product. I am glad we purchased this item. Nice addition to the living room.
